LAZ Parking is excited to announce the opening of LAZ Customer Care. This cutting edge support center provides parking patrons with an instant connection to a live LAZ person at the touch of a button.
Offering remote operational assistance to LAZ parkers from the centralized command facility in Hartford, CT, the program utilizes real-time communications technology including audio and video streaming over hi-speed internet as well as remote gate control systems.
