LAZ Parking Offers Services to Assist Hospitals During the COVID-19 Crisis.

At LAZ Parking, our dedicated team of caregivers are committed to alleviating any stress that patients may feel when they arrive at a hospital during the COVID-19 pandemic. Our team of caring and compassionate healthcare professionals are available to provide hospitals with support service options as we all work together to respond to COVID-19. Below you will find some of the services you may need during this time.

The health and safety of our customers, clients, and employees across our 3,100 locations is, and always has been, one of our highest priorities.

As this situation continues to evolve, we will closely monitor guidance from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (“CDC”), as well as state and local health officials around the country. We will continue to rely on their recommendations and expertise to inform our decisions. I wanted to share some of the steps we are taking to help protect both you and our employees. We are committed to maintaining a safe and clean environment at all of our parking facilities in accordance with CDC guidelines, in addition to training our employees on health and safety best practices to curtail the spread of the disease.

This just in: Senate Approves Cares Act Bill!

We can all breathe a bit more easily now knowing that our valued LAZ Family members who have been furloughed will have their State Unemployment benefits increased significantly by a supplemental plan funded by our Federal Government. We have been fighting around the clock for our employees in order to achieve this wonderful outcome. All of our Temporary Furloughed Employees will now be able to receive close to 100% of their previous pay for up to 4 months!

The parking industry generates $131 billion in revenue and directly employs 581,000 workers, primarily hourly wage earners, who are facing massive furloughs and layoffs due to the collapse in parking demand across the nation
