LAZ PARKING HIRES NEW VICE PRESIDENT OF GOVERNMENT SERVICES

February 13, 2008--HARTFORD, CT

HARTFORD, CT - LAZ Parking, Ltd. LLC is pleased to announce that Philip L. Oropesa has been hired in the newly created position of Vice President of Government Services. In this position, Phil will be responsible for developing, implementing, managing and enhancing parking relations with municipalities and private public partnerships.

"The past few years have seen tremendous growth for our company as we expand our parking services to encompass all aspects of the parking industry, including airports, hospitals, educational facilities, event venues, mixed-use developments, in addition to offices and stand-alone facilities. With Phil joining LAZ, we are able to concentrate and enlarge our municipal parking program to a much greater degree," said Michael Kuziak, Chief Operating Officer of LAZ Parking. "We believe that Phil's background is a perfect fit for our growth strategy."

Mr. Oropesa has twenty-seven years of hands-on experience in the parking management and traffic solutions arena, including public and private managerial positions for parking administration, parking enforcement, traffic engineering and program review. He was most recently with Central Parking, where he served as Director of their Municipal Services division. Prior to that, he was the parking manager for the City of St. Petersburg, Florida, the Executive Director for the Reading Parking Authority in the City of Reading, Pennsylvania and Chief of Research & Development for the New York City DOT Bureau of Parking.

Formed in 1981 with a single valet location in Hartford, Connecticut, LAZ Parking has developed into one of the largest parking companies in the United States, operating over 400 parking facilities in sixteen states and 80 cities, managing in excess of 300,000 parking spaces, 2,500 people and $190 million in parking receipts. Last year LAZ Parking formed LAZ Parking Realty Investors to provide a joint venture parking fund that is actively focused on the acquisition of parking assets across the country.
